A Look Inside My Crop Crew 💙

One of the questions I get asked most often is:

“What is your team actually like?”

And honestly… I love that question.

Because when people think about becoming a Creative Memories Advisor, they often focus on the products, discounts, or business side of things.

But for me?

The best part has always been the people.

So today I thought I’d give you a little behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to be part of my team — the Crop Crew.

First Things First… My Team Is Built Around Community

I know the word “team” can sometimes feel intimidating.

But my goal has never been to create pressure or competition.

I’ve always wanted to build:
💙 a supportive environment
💚 a place to learn and grow
💗 a space where scrapbookers encourage each other

Whether someone wants to:

• simply enjoy the commission on the products they purchase for themselves,

• scrapbook more consistently,

• teach classes,

• or build a larger business…

there’s room for all of it here.

We Focus on Creativity First

At the heart of everything we do is scrapbooking.

We share:

• layout ideas

• cutting guides

• organization tips

• techniques

• encouragement

• and lots of inspiration

Many of my team members joined because they already loved creating and wanted more consistency, accountability, and connection.

Most of Our Connection Happens Virtually

Because my business is largely online, my team support is designed to work for women wherever they are.

That means:
✨ bi-monthly virtual team meetings
✨ online technique lessons
✨ digital cutting guides
✨ messaging support
✨ flexible participation

You don’t have to attend in-person crops every weekend to feel connected.

For many women, that flexibility is a huge relief.

There’s No “One Right Way” to Be an Advisor

This is something I believe strongly.

Some Advisors:

• want product discounts

• teach classes

• share layouts online

• host workshops

• or simply enjoy being part of a creative community

I don’t believe everyone needs to build the same kind of business.

Instead, I try to help people discover what works best for their personality, schedule, and goals.

What I Personally Provide My Team

When someone joins with me, they receive:
💙 Access to all my classes & workshops
💚 Free cutting guides I create
💗 Bi-monthly virtual meetings with techniques & ideas
✨ Encouragement and mentorship
✨ A calm, no-pressure environment

I care much more about steady growth and genuine relationships than hype or pressure.

We Celebrate Progress — Not Perfection

This might be my favorite part of the Crop Crew.

We celebrate:

• finishing layouts

• trying new techniques

• showing up consistently

• helping each other

• and preserving memories that matter

There’s no expectation to “have it all together.”

Most of us are simply trying to make more time for creativity in busy lives.

So… What’s It Really Like?

If I had to describe my team in a few words, I’d say:

✨ Encouraging
✨ Creative
✨ Flexible
✨ Supportive
✨ Real

We laugh, learn, share ideas, and help each other grow — both creatively and personally.

And while yes, there are products and business opportunities involved…

At the end of the day, it really comes down to people who love preserving memories and want to do it together.
